Lentiviral vectors are available using our SIN (self-inactivating) construct with your transgene under the spleen focus-forming virus (SFFV) promoter. They are available in smaller vector stocks or larger, high-titer, purified stocks. If you have a construct you would prefer that we use, please let us know.
Custom cell lines can be made with any of our current cell lines (as well as their parental lineages) using any of our lentiviral vectors. If you have a different cell line in mind or your own transgene of interest, we can certainly accommodate that!
If you are interested in a custom oncolytic virus (MV, VSV, HSV, etc.), we will work with you to optimize your virus design. However, as some oncolytic viruses are more finnicky than others, we cannot guarantee rescue.
