Plasmid Map:
Transgene Validation: HeLaH1 cells were transduced with LV-mNIS-PGK-Puro and selected with puromycin. NIS mediated 125I uptake was assayed in the presence or absence of KClO4, a competitive inhibitor of iodine uptake.
