This is a ready-to-use second generation lentivirus preparation. The virus encodes a hemagglutinin (HA) epitope-tagged derivative of the human sodium iodide symporter (hNISplus) engineered for increased uptake of tetrafluoroborate (TFB). The hNISplus cDNA is under control of the spleen focus-forming virus (SFFV) promoter. The virus also encodes the puromycin resistance gene (Puro) under the phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) promoter.
